Introduction to Group Riding Have you thought about joining Team Alameda but thought we were nothing but a bunch of skinny racers? Think again! Come join our skilled and friendly Ride Leaders and Riders as we introduce you to the joys of cycling and the fun and camaraderie of riding with Team Alameda! Road bikes encouraged but not mandatory, but helmets are required. Gather at our normal meeting place at the Kaiser Clinic Steps at Central and Park Avenue and come ready for some fun and healthy exercise. |

This is a slow-paced ride around the island for the whole family--yes, we wanna see those training wheels and trailers, as well as those beach cruisers and laid-back attitude. Kids & parents of all ages are welcome! Helmets are required for all riders. Meet Sunday, July 6 at 10 am at Alameda Bicycle, corner of Webb & Park St. The ride ends at Tucker's Ice Cream, and everyone gets a free scoop of ice cream, courtesy of Alameda Bicycle and Tucker's! |
